In November 2010, Gelinda Connell joined the newly created Park Central Development Corporation (PCDC) as the project manager of security and social services.  Gelinda assists in creating a more unified community by collaborating with the residents of the 17th ward.  Spending the past decade of her life in and out of the 17th ward, she has years of experience in situations which  involve working with various demographics bringing people together.  Gelinda is looking forward bringing positive change to the 17th ward and assisting in community of togetherness.
